    Return Policy

    Exchanges/Returns

    If you change your mind about an item, please contact your sales professional that assisted you to initiate a return. Items purchased
    from our showroom floor (excluding furniture) will be accepted for exchange or store credit only. Return requests must be received within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as at the time of purchase. Items not received in the original condition and in original packaging cannot be refunded.


    Method of Refund

    Refund checks are issued from our company for cash, check, and credit card purchases over $500. No cash or credit card refunds. Refund checks will be mailed within 7 business days from our company. All purchases that are lower than $500 may receive their refund in the exact
    manner it was purchased. If a credit card was used the refund needs to apply to the exact same credit card. No refunds will be issued on special orders. No exceptions.

    Sale Merchandise

    Items offered at a discounted or clearance price are deemed to be “On Sale” merchandise and are considered a “Final Sale.” No returns or refunds for final sale items. All items sold at our Outlet Store are Final Sale and cannot be returned, no exceptions will be made. Eligible returns on furniture are subject to a non-negotiable 30% re-stocking fee, in addition to outbound and return shipping and delivery charges.
