Interior Illusions will do its best to ensure your merchandise arrives within the estimated arrival period. Since all shipping
estimates are based on industry averages, we cannot offer any monetary compensation for unforeseen delays. Due to the current economic climate, LEAD TIMES are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to notify you in a timely manner.

Color/Finish

Interior Illusions does its best to ensure the product you receive matches your order. Due to the uniqueness of some of our products, color, finish and dye lot may vary on each item. Continual exposure to light and temperature changes may alter the color of some furnishings over time, limiting the ability to match a given dye lot.

Grades of Goods & Project Placement of Interior Illusions Merchandise

The buyer agrees to release Interior Illusions from any liability resulting from goods or merchandise purchased from Interior Illusions and placed into environments where certain grade(s) are legally required and said goods or merchandise do not meet those requirements e.g. commercial grade requirements, industrial grade requirements, and furniture not intended for exterior use or exposure to extreme weather.
