Warranty of Goods and Merchandise

Interior Illusions does not produce imply or offer any warranty of goods or merchandise outside of the warranty offered by the manufacturer of said goods or merchandise. Interior Illusions extends all manufacturers’ warranties on all products sold. Please ask your sales professional about the manufacturer’s warranty on the product you are purchasing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to follow the care instructions provided by the manufacturer. It is not Interior Illusions responsibility if damage happens due to improper care. The buyer agrees that Interior Illusions will not be held responsible should part or no part of said warranties be honored by the manufacturer.

Collection Costs

Purchaser agrees to pay all costs of collection (including reasonable attorney fees whether suit is brought) if Interior Illusions seeks to
enforce any of its rights under this agreement.

Estimates

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of write-up due to changing economic climates and cost of goods. The subsequent pricing of
any or all merchandise may or may not change for each new estimate obtained. All prices are subject to change without notice, regardless of time.
